Brazilian Zouk DJ — eclectic musical journeys built around connection, emotion & movement.
Playing internationally across festivals, marathons, retreats & socials. 🇫🇷 France · 🇧🇷 Brazil · 🇹🇭 Thailand · 🌎 Worldwide
Eclectic by nature, connected by the dance.
DJ’M-oção is a name full of meanings: JM are my initials, but also “J’aime” — I love in French. Emoção means emotion in Portuguese. Moção evokes motion — moving people and making things happen, at the heart of what a DJ does.
Brazilian friends also introduced me to playful meanings around moço (“guy”) and Mozão, a loving nickname some dancers call me.
Different meanings, one idea: love, emotion, movement & connection through music and dance.
From Brazilian Zouk & Zouk Lambada to unexpected influences, I love blending different colours, grooves and energies while reading the room and taking dancers on a journey.
