The Wuling Hour began it's life as Wules in the Morning at 11am on Sundays. During the pandemic, The Wules found a strange lack of motivation to do anything on a regular basis so the show languished. As Spring of 2021 began to fill everyone with hope and recklessness, The Wuling Hour was born!
The show strives to expose listeners to traditional music and its many offshoots through the catalogue of fine musicians of the olde tymes and now.
And what is a Wule exactly? They are usually described as giant fluffy space llamas that feed upon pizza and the dreams of artists. They then are able to spin a fine gossamer web of dreams, stardust and pizza cheese into the world you see before you. Obey The Wules!
