The Fingersnaps Salon is an audio journey of past, present and music from San Francisco and around the world. A representation of heartfelt energizingnujazz, electronica, soul, disco, deep house, alternative, and the Fingersnaps House Mix.
Voice and music are two natural elements of human expression that have been a comfort and inspiration for me as far back in my early years of life that I can recall.
The tone of my mom and dads voice, the banter and laughter of my youthful siblings at play and the electronic amplified voice and music beaming through the radio captured my attention beyond my own imagination.
Since I was given my first “Close N’ Play” Record Player at the age of 5 in 1970, I have been playing with and spinning records.
Here at KPOO 89.5 San Francisco I have been granted the unique privilege to host the Fingersnaps Salon since May 2011
