Firmly establishing himself over 16 years ago, DJ CIA originated in a trendy, late night Paris, France backdrop and quickly rooted himself in its vibrant scene. Emerging from the city a couple of years later as a sought after DJ, CIA would go on to enjoy a six night a week summer residency at a hot nightclub on the French Riviera near St. Tropez. But the city of Paris was his birthplace and he continued to maintain a strong musical presence there during the chilly winter months.
Life was bright! In 2002, DJ CIA moved to Maui to play in the warm Hawaiian waves and pursue other artistic passions. But one night, a friend’s turntables sitting idly in the corner of the room seemed to be calling his name. He’s been back dj’ing ever since.
While his style could be described in fun words like bouncy and bumping, CIA explores and dabbles in all sides of Electronic Dance Music (EDM). The dance floor is always lively with joyous dancers reveling in the high energy tracks.
