DJ BO, “Shanghai's #2 DJ,” plays Asian-Eclectica, Ex-Post Esquerita, and Rockabilly-funk with a gleeful vengeance – all smashed up with a block party sensibility. Born in the USA and raised by Chuck Berry, he has played just about every Shanghai venue from Puxi to Pudong, either alone or in support of acts like !!!, Scratchy Sounds, The Buzzcocks, Jeffrey Lewis, Hang On The Box, and many more.
A relentless peripatetic, DJ B.O doesn't just gig in Shanghai, and has played more than 20 cities in China and 20 countries/4 continents. Whether a cantina in Caribbean nation of Grenada or the State Symphony Orchestra of Mongolia, DJ BO incorporates snatches of sounds of and by wherever he goes. Whether 40's New Orleans jump blues or Malaysian hip hop, he knows his shit. No Shame in the Game: Call him 24/7 at 13818937693.
