Brighton-based DJ Charlene From Neighbours moves through indie dance, cosmic electronics, acid and leftfield club music, building sets around hypnotic grooves, unexpected selections and a strong sense of journey.
Equally at home in slow-burning warm-ups and more driving club sets, her sound draws from the psychedelic, Balearic and underground edges of electronic music while leaving room for bigger moments as the dancefloor develops.
Her Low Orbit series is the home for this evolving sound - connecting low-slung grooves, cosmic electronics, indie dance and deeper club music without being tied to one tempo or scene.
Charlene has played at Superfreq, Soho House, Berlin Brighton and Pride events, sharing line-ups with artists including Mr. C, Eddie Richards, Inner City/Kevin Saunderson, Chad Jackson, Colin Dale, Trevor Rockliffe and Trevor Fung.
