And now: this year’s most exciting discovery… A return trip to garage rock of the 60s, presenting Close Encounters of the High School Madness Kind (or at least the kind of music I grooved to when *I* was in high school, which would make it 1966-1967). Kingsmen fans will be pleased that "Jolly Green Giant" is included in this set, as is a pantload of Northwest Rock, Garage Rock, pre-psychedelia and double shots from mind-expanding plastic inevitables like The Standells, Steppenwolf, the Beau Brummels, the Byrds -- and even The Beatles and the Stones. There's even a version of Louie Louie by The Kinks! To quote Drimble Wedge, “you fill me with inertia”!
