For Episode 418, we go back to the year 1969, unbelievably the title of this week's program, and present songs from that era. Yes, we've included songs from 1970, but you don't mind, do you? (I expect a segment of our listening audience might not know or care about the difference.) Some of YOUR favorites might be missing, the reason being that these particular tunes have already been played on previous episodes of The Captain Maniac Show, and we don't especially wanna repeat ourselves!
Anyway, this evening's Captain Maniac Show features music from when I was 19 (yes, I I was "Private Maniac"), & the emphasis is on heavy music of that time, starting naturally with the song titled 1969 by The Stooges (who were just The Stooges then, later known as Iggy & the Stooges).
