Once again, it's "Rockabilly Time" here on The Captain Maniac Show, tickling them auditory nerves with some bopping' and jivin' tunes old and new for all you real gone cats -- sideburns optional! I wanted to start off the show with Johnny Dee Fury's Can't Stop The Bop, but rather than just the song itself, the only file I had was the entire episode where it was included. Thanks go out to Johnny Switchblade, who was able to "extract" that song from Episode 254 / Stop and email it to me as a single song (I was unable to do this on my own in Mixcloud). Therefore, Can't Stop The Bop is now the first song in Episode 416! POThanks again, Johnny!
Lots of rockabilly rhythms in tonight's show, including a surprise of sorts: Sha Na Na, best known for doing revivals & parodies of 50s rock 'n roll, contributes a song known as the Tokyo Bop played rockabilly style (fits in nicely with our show title, dontcha think?). The Bop Won't Stop!
