It's been several years since we presented a "Let Me Stand Next To Your Fire" show, so I would assume that Volume Four of that series is long overdue! In this week's episode, we bring you a further collection of tunes referencing fire, burning and flame, commencing with Wall of Voodoo's cover of the Johnny Cash hit, Ring of Fire -- and we get smokin' from there! Lots of hot tunes in tonight's show, including the original version of "Burning Love" by Arthur Alexander. Yes, I know it was a big hit for Elvis (and was covered by Wynonna Judd on last week's Captain Maniac Show), but here's the very first rendition of this song, which as K-Tel used to say, "by the original artist"!
