Our very last episode of 2021! Because it's been such a wild year for everyone thanks to that damn plague, each song in tonight's Captain Maniac Show has the word "wild" in the title, starting off with Chris Spedding's "Wild In The Street". Also included is the song "Real Wild Child", but we've chosen to play the Jerry Lee Lewis version of this often-covered tune rather than the obvious choice by Iggy Pop. And rather than play the Steppenwolf version of "Born To Be Wild", we instead bring you the Blue Öyster Cult version from their live album, "On Your Feet Or On Your Knees". Despite the title, there are absolutely no country & western tunes in tonight's show -- we just thought it would a sneaky way to use the word "Wild"! Have a Wild Weekend!
