This episode is gonna be somethin' else! We are back in theme mode, and as you have already figured out, Episode 390 features songs with the word "something" in the title. You probably thought we'd start off with the George Harrison song that The Beatles played on their Abbey Road album -- well, it's definitely smuggled in there later in the show, but we chose to begin the program with a "Somethin' Else" mashup, followed by the Eddie Cochran original (Eddie is seen in our show artwork). From there on, Episode 390 continues with the usual assortment of genres & eras, from Thunderclap Newman to Lynyrd Skynyrd -- and we even include Lets Do Something Cheap And Superficial, an actual vocal by Burt Reynolds from the movie "Smokey and the Bandit II".
