The primary focus of Episode 284 was mothers, so in the interests of fairness and impartiality, this week we present a program for all the fathers out there! Each song in tonight’s episode (another chapter in our “theme shows” series) has some reference to daddy/father/papa, including Beat Me Daddy 8 To The Bar, Daddy Was A Preacher But Mama Was A Go-Go Girl and of course Papa’s Got A Brand New Bag — for you Beef Boys fans, we even dig up a song about Murry Wilson, namely “I'm Bugged At My Ol' Man”. NOTE: This will be the very first episode created in Garageband 10.3.3 for Macintosh, replacing Garageband 6.0.5, the program with which I built my previous Captain Maniac Shows. You Mac folks will know that with the most recent operating system (OS Catalina), Garageband 6.0.5 is no longer supported, and I am therefore forced to create my shows with new software.
