This week’s edition of The Captain Maniac Show is called Friday Night Oldies Party Volume 17, which of course means that, unbelievably, this is #17 in our series of blasts from the past, from an era when some of us baby boomers were mere toddlers. As is our custom for a show of this nature, many of the tracks will be tunes that those afore-mentioned baby boomers will treasure, but many more are vintage 50s rarities of a kind not heard on your average Golden Oldies radio station.
