Welcome to another chapter in our series of pre-psychedelic 60s teen tunes, this week entitled “Garage Beat”! Although we definitely include some familiar songs from the likes of The Stones, The Byrds and The Sonics, this show’s emphasis is on unearthed music that originally came from the garage — most of which you may have missed (or have never heard before). There were thousands of lo-fi monsterpieces produced during that era, but we still enthusiastically manage to bring you such sensational and highly contagious tracks such as I Lost My Baby by The Mustard Men, Why Has It Got To Be Me by The Gates of Eden, Be a Caveman by The Avengers and Wild About You by The Missing Links. And believe it or not, the Barry & The Remains version of All Day And All Of The Night is here, too! Flash and Crash! Note for those of you paying attention: the tracklist in the comments section is slightly different from the tracklist viewable on your devices -- I inadvertently left out the Hi Numbers!
