Back to our theme shows we go, and this time every tune has the word “run” in the title. As we’ve stressed before in previous theme programs, this is by no means a comprehensive list of ALL the songs that have that word in the title, so some of your favorites may be missing (“Run Like Hell” by Pink Floyd is conspicuously absent, although to remedy that situation, we’ve included Pink Floyd’s “On the Run”. Just curious: was this from the Peter Sellers album “Dark Side of the Goon”?) And yes, we HAVE included the Rolling Stones’ magical masterpiece, “Turd On the Run”. I have a feeling that Keef may have had something to do with that title!
