What is the true essence of Jazz?..what is its History?..what is its Mystery? This is precisely what Brainville is all about. Join us in exploring a place that may have been forgotten, but somehow continues to reside in our collective subconscious. A place where doctors sit with dancers; teachers drink with painters, and politicians have a hard time getting a job. A wonderfully mythical environ that produces the best of the best...where Sun Ra is the Mayor and Charles Mingus is the Chief of Police!!

We invite you to travel back to a place that never left, that was somehow thought to be lost, but was always there...awaiting our return.
Transmitting from BRAINVILLE every Tuesday with your hosts Carter Jackson-Brown & Kumi (also from The Pick Radio Show) from 12p - 2p (US Eastern)...only on Klangbox.fm
