Basilisk is a veteran multi-genre DJ passionate about building connections across underground electronic music subcultures. Although rooted in the psytrance scene, his broad musical interests span an immense range, and he is most interested in celebrating diversity in sound through challenging and adventurous selections, all smoothly blended with extensive layering and harmonic mixing.
Apart from DJing, Basilisk is also co-founded Techgnosis Records, a leading psychedelic techno label, alongside Ben Rama in 2015. Previously he operated the Ektoplazm netlabel group and free music portal, one of the world’s top online destinations for psychedelic trance, techno, and downtempo.
