The offspring of the Mother-Brain,
Altered Beats is a Mix-Mash/DJ project,
that pays homage to Old School retro gaming, with a dash of New Wave/Electro/Hip Hop, mixed in with the idea of a future that never was. Altered Beats is 'Back From The Future'.
From the mind of Alan Hart.
comes a world with the biggest beats, the hardest levels, the tightest leather, and the baddest boombox (that doesn't glitch).
Get your Game Genies, and your breakdancing cardboard ready.
Disclaimer - The people who run Altered Beats are fans of all the artists and songs that have been sampled, the basis of this project is that it is NOT intended for profit, but for fun. It's about paying tribute to an era, or eras that have influenced different underground cultures, and raise nostalgia for dropping quarters, or hearing that Parliament track that gives you goosebumps. Other than that, raise your spread gun, and get your gamer-freak on.
