Classic jazz from the 1950s and 60s was more than just great music; it was the whole package: great music that challenged tradition and paralleled what was happening in society, music that held both noble and troubled personalities, music that adjusted to changing technology, and music that featured great photography and design in its packaging. Our mission at 30 Birds Jazz is to keep classic jazz from this era alive by reminding older generations and introducing younger generations to these phenomenal artists and their creations.
