Sombwa Musunsa is president of The Sport Leaders Institute of Zambia (SLIZA) which was established in 2016, a registered sport organisation operating in Zambia. The founding of SLIZA is derived from the critical need to provide quality human resource training and development to leaders and key actors of sport development in Zambia including teachers, coaches, technical officials, sport administrators and to a certain degree, the athlete. SLIZA has been established to strengthen the teaching of a result orientated Sport Education for key players of sport development in Zambia and strongly advocate for the systematic practice and implementation of physical activity and sport for all around the Country.
