In our continued special October series; "Zambia the Next 50 years" we feature an organization called Education Outreach for Children with Disabilities (EdOCD) a non profit organization that aims at assisting children with disabilities in in rural areas to access education. EdOCD endeavors to curb this challenge with help from communities to mitigate challenges faced by children with disabilities in accessing education through advocacy and by providing social development programs and services at community and national level. The founding members and leadership Team at Education Outreach for Children with Disabilities join us to discuss the role and future of their organization in the nation's education process towards children with disabilities in rural area.
