Her vision for LAZ Being first female president, how does she envision her role and what challenges has she faced as a female lawyer. From her inaugural speech she addressed LAZ's role as- to promote & protect constitutionalism, she will explain to us these sentiments How does LAZ (and its members) balance their role in the nation's democratic process without being partisan?. We'll discuss issues she raised from her recent article, "Democracy, Good Governance and the Rule of Law" and what prompted her to write it. Does the current judicial structure require revisiting, is it really independent? She will discuss the significance of introducing Constitutional & Appeals courts.
