Mr Chalwe Lombe is the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Lusaka, he is leading a delegation to the United States to hold meetings and receive submissions from Zambians on the goverment's formulation of a DiasporaPolicy. This is intended to formulate a constitutional framework of how the Zambian government will engage and utilize its human resources resident in foreign countries.
