Matilda Mwaba is the Founder/president of NOWSPAR Women in Sports a Zambian organization established in 2006 which advocates for women's rights through sport. NOWSPAR is a 2010 NSCZ Award for NGO contribution to sports development by addressing gender issues. Matilda Mwaba is our guest as she reflects on Zambian women achievements in the past 50 years.
