Dr Emile Kue is the CEO of the proposed Hebrews Federal Credit Union which will be launched as a federal credit union that will support the African (Black) community and businesses, and the overall economy of our great nation. The proposed credit union will operate just like any other credit union in the United States with funds insured up to $250,000.00 by the NCUA, which is the equivalent of FDIC for banks.
