OCnotes, AKA Otis Calvin III, is a producer, singer, songwriter, DJ, and multi-instrumentalist. Described in the local press as a cross between Madlib and Mos Def, he is a frequent collaborator of Shabazz Palaces and the Black Constellation crew, and a member of Knife Knights, Cactus Silk & Road Runner and recent Sub Pop signees, Ya Tseen. OC’s contribution to WW Seattle features a mix of some of his favorite Seattle Artists.
