Based out of London and Santiago de Cuba, MANANA// Records talks about the label and upcoming releases, headed up by co-founder Harry Follett and label manager Kadambari Chauhan.
The pair are joined by Ariwo, a Cuban-Iranian quartet based in London focusing on the unexplored intersection between electronic and Afro-Cuban music, featuring Pouya Ehsaei (electronics), Hammadi Valdes (percussion), Oreste Noda (congas), Yelfris Valdes (trumpet).
Soundspecies also join the show. Brothers Olly and Henry Keen are a producer/DJ duo from Dorset who explore the connections between traditional folkloric percussive rhythms and the sounds and forms of electronic dance music.
