On the third broadcast from New Delhi, DJ MoCity catches up with long time reggae affiliate and friend Delhi Sultanate. The 2 hour session is recorded live from the BFR Sound System (home studio) in New Delhi. DJ MoCity opened the selection for the first half hour before Delhi Sultanate took over to showcase some of his rare cuts and select dubplates. Closing the show we played back to back for the last 40 minutes diving deeper into the sounds of dub and reggae.
DJ MoCity is also the co-founder of India's first reggae sound and collective. Reggae Rajahs established in 2009 this crew later on setup Goa Sunsplash, An annual reggae festival that has been taking place over the last 5 years in Goa. Recent headliners include: Johnny Osbourne Macka B, Anthony B, WWFM residents Channel One have also performed an extended 5 hour set powered by two Indian made hand built sound systems.
