Valentine Comar continues her “Breakfast with…” segment, where artists join her to share the sounds they love to wake up to and introduce their new projects.
This week features Rosie Turton and Miryam Solomon, presenting their ambient improvised project maar; an exploratory conversation between voice, modular synthesizer and trombone, across two sides of long unedited improvisations. Contemplative, textural, and at times fragile, it leans into the ambivalence of sense making; a space of searching, resolving, unraveling, and finding each other again.
