Fairhurst is a DJ, radio host and dedicated crate digger with a sharp ear for House, Italo, Broken Beat, Acid, World, Disco, Jazz-Funk & Electronica.

Known for his dynamic vinyl only sets, he has recently played at audiophile venues such as The Merchant, Renae and TBC Bar as well as festivals such as Gottwood, Westival and Luke Una’s É Soul Cultura.

For his show in the WOH Radio Stage, Rhys shines a spotlight on the treasure trove of often overlooked music that has come out of Wales over the last 60 years and beyond. This show will feature an eclectic variety of genres, from ambient and jazz produced in the 2020s to psych rock and synth pop from the 1980s.
