Representing Fuse FM, meet Darci, Patrick, Alex & Blaise – four emerging voices from the University of Manchester’s student-run radio station, joining us at We Out Here 2025 as part of the WOH Radio programme.

As one of the first student stations to ever broadcast live from the festival, Fuse FM brings fresh energy and boundary-pushing sounds from Manchester’s vibrant student scene.

Darci champions underrepresented Latin voices, blending bossa nova, samba, reggaeton and salsa into an effortlessly soulful sound. Patrick is all about rhythm and movement – diving deep into tropical beats that celebrate salsa, reggaeton and beyond. Alex shines a light on the overlooked and underrated, curating Latin-rock fusions and rare finds that deserve your ears. And Blaise – hailing from Cornwall by way of California – delivers Latin flavours like empanadas: bold, fresh, and full of feeling.
