Description
From April to June 2020, the research program ‘If I can’t dance, I do not want to be a part of your revolution’, focused on building connections between the University of the Underground – a tuition-free university based in DeMarktkantine, Amsterdam – and Tbilisi, whilst bringing together multidisciplinary practitioners and early career researchers investigating disciplines such as dance and its potential in building organised communities and reinventing politics.
In the first half of this first episode, they explored the topics of migration and borders through the stories of three researchers, Eduardo, Adnan, and Xiaoji.
Featuring:
Eduardo Castillo Vinuesa: Anti-disciplinary architect and researcher, currently in Spain.
Adnan Arif: Multidisciplinary designer, strategies, researcher currently in UAE.
Xiaoji Song: Student, writer, interdisciplinary researcher in the fields of intersectional feminism, migration, and digital society, currently in Germany.
Produced by Xiaoji Song.
