Show in collaboration with Tel Aviv radio station Teder.fm celebrating International Synthesizer day, with a continuous globe-trotting 25-hour broadcast. This show takes place on the birthday of Robert Moog, the inventor of the Moog synthesizer that revolutionised music.
The broadcasting baton is passed across the world, with Worldwide FM joining the likes of Red Light Radio, The Lot Radio, Le Mellotron, SCR (Seoul), SkyLab (Melbourne) and more.
Our resident DJ Simbad takes the reins for the first hour by demonstrating the magic of the Moog with contributions from Worldwide FM Hosts and musicians and producers from around the world, including King Britt, Francois K., DJ Colleen 'Cosmo' Murphy, Bugge Wesseltoft, Arp Frique and Kodäma. Anna Jaskiewicz of Warp Records heads up the second half, focussing on women in synth music.
