Zaereo is a radio host, DJ, and curator currently based in London with close ties to her past European homes. Connecting international rock, jazz, and all manner of experimental meditations, she holds a proper place for the sounds of the global South and cross-cultural exchanges.
For this show, she invites Brazilian duo Sophia Chablau & Felipe Vaqueiro to chat about their new psychedelic MPB project together on Selo Risco. They discuss their inspirations from Ghanaian to Saharan rhythms, São Paulo's energy, as well as the importance of sharing Brazil's diverse sounds with the rest of the world.
