Mapping and tracing old traditional original Asian - Indian sounds and how they crossed geographical borders thanks to the power and sustainability of certain culture elements - leading to creation of new genres or sub-genres such as Bhangra, Bollywood Music, Asian Underground, Indi Pop, Post Punk. Despite not being officially rated as mainstream, these genres have reached massive levels of popularity proving to be consistent through times in terms of influence so demonstrating how these original culture threads have been transcribed, transferred and so evolved into what is nowadays expression of a possible new and contemporary proudly Asian Sound.
