Gilles is joined in the studio by none other than Seun Kuti, the youngest son of the legendary Afrobeat pioneer Fela Kuti.

The relationship Gilles and Seun have shared ever since Gilles's Radio 1 reign, has extended beyond mentorship – they have remained close friends and collaborators for years. We can't wait to see the creative bond they share unfurl as they share the controls for this very special session.

Seun is also celebrating his new venture – he will now be working with Sony Music and will be embarking on an EU tour after he stops by our London studio.
