Gilla is joined this month by South London band leader, trombonist and arranger Nathaniel Cross to talk about his new EP ‘The Description Is Not The Described’, the chance situation that led to him becoming a brass musician and how he’s come to be known as ‘The Quincy Jones of Catford’. In the second half of the show Gilla has prepared a UK Reggae Excursion; picking through some his favourite dub, rocksteady and lovers rock out of the UK.
