Monthly 2-hour show from Carlos Icaza of the Mexican group La Redada.

In this episode Tropicaza presents a mix of old and new sounds, from Nicaraguan salsa, Venezuelan folk and disco and Chilean Jazz-funk, to cumbia amazónica by the late great Ranil y su conjunto tropical recently reissued on analog africa, grupo jejeje rebajado by Mexican sound system Sonido Dueñez, a homage to the legendary drummer Tony Allen playing alongside Brazilian band Metá Metá and much more.

For the last half hour Tropicaza will have a special guest mix by Venezuelan friend and fellow DJ Toni Arellano aka Tostoni straight from Mexico City.
