Alucidnation Big Chill Mix March 2011

Bruce Bickerton [aka alucidnation] has been writing and producing music since he invested in his first basic studio equipment in the very early 1990's. Always musical, he'd studied classical piano throughout his formulative years and passed his RSM exams up to grade VI. But it was after being exposed to the ambient house boom of the late eighties that Bruce decided to invest in his own gear. What started off as a full-time hobby alongside parallel jobs in the design and photographic industry has since blossomed into a second, tangible career. He's now a consumate producer of note, a reputable remixer, broadcaster and compiler with his own record label to keep him busy. He’s released two successful albums for The Big Chill, both of which were critically well received. There are a too many career highlights to list here, but his latest album, ‘Get Lost’ hit Number 1 in the Below Zero LP charts and also made a reputable number 7 in Juno’s ‘Downtempo albums of 2009’.
