BigTurtle and I are excited to present our collaborative project, FUKUBUKURO.
Inspired by the Japanese tradition of "lucky bags" filled with random, surprise items, we each curated a 60-minute set, incorporating tracks selected by one another. My set features deep house tracks chosen by BigTurtle, while his set explores minimal and electro selections I picked for him.
It was an inspiring project for both of us, and we hope you enjoy experiencing it as much as we enjoyed creating it.
Here are the tracks from BigTurtle that I included in my mix:
Roy Mclaren - When You're Near WEIKUM - Get Up Distilled Noise - Microdense Workerz - Colorful
I’m also thrilled to feature a special track from a close friend, Dexter Troy's Vinyl Quest, in this mix.
Don't miss the other half of this project, mixed by BigTurtle: https://www.mixcloud.com/TheBigTurtle/bigturtle-x-wet-mnml-fukubukuro-by-bigturtle/
