Dubplate Smuggla III takes you on a journey through lush, echoing soundscapes and deep, hypnotic beats. This last installment of the year blends dub, trip-hop, and dubstep into a rich and immersive experience.
Featuring collaborations from dub heavyweights like Panda Dub, MAHOM, and Tetra Hydro K, as well as legendary influences like Zenzile and High Tone, this mix flows effortlessly from deep basslines to melodic rhythms. It’s a tribute to the evolution of dub music, enhanced by modern reinterpretations and experimental touches.
Perfect for unwinding or diving into a meditative vibe, this mix keeps the bass rolling while delivering soulful and thought-provoking melodies.
Plug in, turn it up, and let the dub take over. 🌿✨
If you enjoy it, feel free to bookmark Dubplace Smuggla II which I mixed earlier this year and which remains one of my favorite to date (it's more dubby and less trip-hop than this one): https://www.mixcloud.com/w3ts/wet-dubplate-smuggla-ii-2024/
