A genre I've been sniffing around for a while, and dabbling in every now and again is UK Garage. As a fan of drum'n'bass, garage has a similar 2-step beat that, albeit a lot slower, still scratches that itch. And having been an appreciator of MJ Cole back in the day, the resurgence of garage piqued my interest, especially as there are certainly some Jungle and Hardcore influences coming through in the UKG field as well.
Not a genre I'm super comfortable mixing with (and it threw up a few challenges!) but I'm pretty pleased with the result and hope that you enjoy the show!!
