Afrobeat, dub and Latin heat braided with deep soul — a crate that moves between Lagos, Kingston, Cali, Buenos Aires, Berlin and Brooklyn without ever sitting still. The edit crowd does the heavy lifting, with Jeremy Sole, King Most, Danny Krivit and Moodymann reshaping soul and salsa for the floor, while Fela, Khruangbin in Scientist's hands and a quiet salute to the late Freddie Cruger keep the roots in view. Warm, rhythmic and restless — rare groove for dancers who listen closely.
