Andy Hay is a devoted jazz drummer who speaks through the universal language of love and rhythm. To mark International Jazz Day, Andy will deliver a deeply personal, all-vinyl, two-hour spiritual jazz set - honouring the drummers and percussionists who have shaped his musical path.

Originally from South Wales, Andy began his career playing in rhythm sections for top UK jazz artists, performing alongside legends such as Bill Le Sage, John Dankworth, Cleo Laine, and Pete King. He later went on to tour and record with the likes of Corinne Bailey Rae, John Martyn, and Kevin Goins (Parliament-Funkadelic). After 25 years of gigging, Andy turned his focus to creating and releasing his own music.

He is also known for his distinctive hand-painted album covers - each one a unique work of art. At the age of 48, he earned a master's degree in fine art, blending his musical and visual creativity.
