Salt Cathedral have named their DIY Weekly exclusive mix 'Umami vol. 1'. But it's more than pleasant. It's occasionally sweet, too. Not to say they've missed the mark, or anything. The band actually told us this mix goes well with cooking, or arranging Ikea furniture. But this mix is more inclined towards the Brooklyn group's skittish, imaginative take on music. Furniture, too.
