What can we say?...We've grown up with this amazing sisters voice tickling our ears ever since we first heard her played on Peel.
We're stunned here at SoapCo HQ about today's incredibly sad news, so we decided to crack open something dubious and dig out some defining tunes featuring this multi-octaved goddess and spin a mix we hope she'd approve of.
We're not in any way into nostalgia as we think it's the route to blandness, but we can't find anything bland about this incredible array of varied and exotic sounds, same as we can't think of many artists we'd do this for.
We'd like to send out Love to her family & friends and all of the amazing musicians she worked with to make these mind bending tunes, especially Viv & Tessa, all of who must be wondering what's hit them.
