Are we showing our age here?
High energy has always been part of the Soap Company ethos, if you listen carefully, there's a element of it in pretty much everything we do, even the slowest tracks, but the place we, more often than not, come for inspiration is Punk Rock.
Sure, some of us weren't even born when most of this mix was originated, but like all fine classic music, it can be handed down carefully from generation to generation like a valuable family heirloom.
We've got to say, much of what passes for 'Punk' now (apart from a couple of very notable exceptions), is a shadow of it's former attitude, menace and mindset, more a lifestyle choice than a lifestyle necessity, but we digress, check this mix out for some venom, originality and spark you can't really find anywhere else.
