Stuart Prentice - Basic Instinct 5 - November 2025

I started doing these mixes after missing the Basics birthday last year and a year on I missed it again! Oh well, it's another excuse as if any were needed to revisit these classic house sounds that remind me of that famous club. I've so many memories associated with it, from the tapes and CD's I used to listen to as a teenager to the wild times on the dancefloor. Two steps further and all that... Music featured from Derrick Carter, Kerri Chandler, Mood II Swing, Adonis, Masters At Work, Basement Jaxx, Paul Johnson, Gemini, Carl Craig plus quite a few from the 20:20/Basics crew, Paul Woolford, Carl Finlow, Huggy & Ralph Lawson.
