2. A therapy in which sound waves are directed at the body with the aim of promoting health

Back once again with the ill behaviour.

Took a deep dive into all the deeper breaks vibes earlier in the week while still coming down from the weekend party. This one has a lot of chill moments, but delves into some head crunching vibes in parts too.

Finally braved adding a Fuck Buttons track to a set. A marmite track for most I reckon. Strap on a helmet and some armour for that one. It could power a small nation. 😁😜
